Details

  • Canvas: 2480 x 1748 px or square (custom size is OK!), 300 DPI.

  • White / other solid colors background with simple patterns is free!

  • Complex background / character designs / prop (pets/object/etc) would require an extra charge +IDR 25K / $5 - 300K / $50 (depends on complexity).

  • *Please note that furry characters will have an additional fee (+25% of the base price) due to the extra detailing required. This fee only applies to Full-rendered commissions.

By ordering my commission, you have read and agree to the Terms of Service agreement stated in this section. If you have any question, don't hesitate to ask me first!GENERAL
• I will notify you in advance if there are any elements I am not comfortable working on, and we can discuss possible adjustments. I’m always open to communication. (..◜ᴗ◝..)
• Provide visual references and compact information of the character. I won't use heavy reference to other illustration, unless it's a free to use base-pose reference and is allowed for commission use by the original artist.
• My commissions (personal and commercial use) are strictly prohibited to be used/submitted for NFTs/ crypto/ AI-learning purposes.
• Prices listed are for 1 character with solid background / simple pattern, additional character will cost +75% price.
• All Prices are in IDR and USD, payment through BCA (local) and Vgen.REVISIONS
• Regular illustration / colored sketch / BW revisions are allowed up to 2 session, during sketch (3 times minor/ major revisions acceptable) and after rendered (minor revisions only). Additional revisions will be charged with additional fees.
• Chibi and YCH revisions are allowed up to 2 times, twice during sketch, and once (minor revision) after rendered.
• For skeb-like surprise me service, there will be no revision at all :").DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Skeb-style commission will take 1-2 days.
• Colored Sketch/BW/Chibi will take 3-7 days.
• Regular illustration will be taken up to 5-14 days.
• Please be mindful of queues and waitlists. Waitlist can be seen on my Trello.
• Deadlines should be discussed in agreement with client. Extra fee will be charged +30% of price.
GMT + 7 (UTC +7)USE
• Personal use artworks are strictly not allowed to gain profit/get monetized. You may not sell the art prints or any mass produced products. However, a single print for personal use is allowed.
• Any Commercial use (merchandise, branding, resale, etc.) will incur additional fees depending on the type of usage (+100% ~ 200% price).
• Commission results will be posted as sample on my social media after received by commissioner unless asked beforehand. If you'd like the artwork to remain private or not ever published anywhere, there will be an extra charged +30% of total commission.
• Please note that I will always put my watermark on the artwork, unless it's under agreement of commercial use on watermark removal for product selling.
• I will deliver the final work in JPG/PNG files. I won't provide Raw Files.REFUNDS
• Refunds is not allowed once I have send a sketch. Please consider yourself about the commissions before sending a Request Form to avoid refunding.COMMUNICATION
• Please remember to respond to any kinds of messages within 24~36 hours. I will always try my best to answer any kinds of your questions and messages within the said time too. If there is still no response, I will continue to proceed the commission regardless.

How to Order? („• ֊ •„)੭

• The commission will start once full payment is received through vgen (international clients) or BCA (Indonesian clients).
• Full payment upfront is highly appreciated (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶).
• Major changes after the sketch will be subject to an additional charge (50K / $15 ~ 200K / $30).
• Each extra revision session will be charged 10K / $3.
• Local bank payment in IDR is only accepted for Indonesian clients (BCA).
